How often should one exercise?

At least 3-5 days a week for 20-40 minutes a session.

What kind of exercise?

There are three basic kinds of exercise:

1. Flexibility:  The ability of your muscles and joints to move through their complete range of motion.  Exercises that help you move, bend, stretch and twist include stretching exercises like arm circles, trunk twists and tai chi.

 

2.Strength:  The ability of your muscles to move or resist a workload.  Exercises include push-up, sit-ups, weight lifting.
